As the conjugate travels towards the test line, it combines with the Trichomonas vaginalis monoclonal antibody 2 fixed on the test line, forming an immune complex. This interaction results in the appearance of a red line on the Test line (T line), indicating a positive result.

Conversely, if the sample lacks Trichomonas antigen or its concentration is below the specified value (minimum LOD), no red line will form on the detection line (T line), indicating a negative result.
