Do you know the process of ovulation? After the ovary release an ovum, little ovum will drop in to the oviduct then wait for the insemination. Further more after this ovum is inseminated within 24hs. The pregnancy will complete . When a woman is ovulating, Large amounts of luteinizing hormone (LH), which promotes the release of mature eggs from the ovaries in woman’s body. Rapid increases in LH levels usually occur in the middle of menstruation. Ovulation prediction kit is a complete system to assist in predicting ovulation time and fertility peak.Pregnancy is most likely to occur during the fertile period.
（1）SENSITIVITY
hLH standard solutions with concentrations of 0miu/ml, 10miu/ml, 25miu/ml, 50miu/ml, and 100miu/ml were tested with three transfer batches, and each concentration was tested three times. Results can be read in 5-10 minutes. According to the test results, the previous ovulation test of our factory was positive at the concentration of 25mIU/ml, so the sensitivity of the lh test was 25mIU/ml.
（2）SPECIFICITY
Three TRANSFER batches were USED TO TEST DIFFERENT human HORMONES IN women to determine whether THESE substances interferED WITH THE hLH TEST.
a. Negative solution :1)(200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH solution, without mixing 25 mIU/ml hLH solution);
b. Positive solution :2)(200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH solution mixed with 25 mIU/ml hLH solution)
Do three tests for each concentration. The results will be announced in 5-10 minutes.
Based on the test results, these lh strips were negative when tested for human hormones without mixing 25 mIU/ml hLH solution and were positive, so the one-step ovulation test did not cross-react with human hormones (200 mIU/ml FSH and 250µIU/ml TSH).
